Social Media Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, complete all of the following:

  1. Follow @pinkboxdoughnuts on social media.
  2. Share the Pinkbox Contest’s Social Media Post (the “Post”) to your story.
  3. Tag a friend in the Post.

All three steps must be completed for one entry. You may tag multiple friends for multiple entries, one tag equals one entry. Each tag must be on its own line to count as a separate entry.

RULES: By entering the Pinkbox Doughnuts Social Media Contest (the “Contest”) you accept these Rules and agree that all decisions by Pinkbox are final. You must follow these Rules and any additional instructions contained in the Post. Use of bots, automated, or similar entry methods will void the related entries and result in disqualification from the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the Contest start date. Entrants younger than 18 may participate with parent or guardian consent to these Rules. Pinkbox employees, employees of its affiliates or related companies, and members of their immediate family or household (the “Pinkbox Entities”) are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

DRAWING: Pinkbox or its agents will conduct a random drawing to select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received by the end of the entry period stated in the Post. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Winner selection and prize acceptance are subject to the following:

  • The potential winner(s) will be notified by direct message through Social Media from the Pinkbox verified Social Media account.
  • Winner(s) must sign and return any required documentation by the date requested by Pinkbox.
  • Failure to provide this documentation on time will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
  • All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants Pinkbox permission to use their name, likeness, and Social Media username without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.

AWARD: The winner will receive the prize indicated in the Pinkbox Post. If the award is not available, Pinkbox reserves the right to award a prize of similar value in its place.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By entering the Contest, you waive all right to, and hold the Pinkbox Entities harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. This includes punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and attorneys’ fees.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  

The Pinkbox Entities will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; your failure to receive prize notices due to your spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for your provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information/username; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, unavailability of Social Media, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Contest; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Contest, or announcement of the prize. If, in Pinkbox’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Contest, Pinkbox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Contest in any manner it deems appropriate.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:  All matters arising out of or relating to the Contest and these Rules are governed by Nevada law without giving effect to any of its conflicts of laws provisions.  Any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Contest and these Rules shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada.

WINNERS LIST:  For the name of the Contest winner, send a request that identifies the particular Contest, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope after the Contest concludes to Pinkbox Doughnuts LLC, c/o Marketing Department, 3790 Paradise Road, Suite 250, Las Vegas, Nevada 89169.

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with any Social Media platform.
